L'Ulivo is lovely accommodation wood per 5 persons. Inserted in the green farmhouse has one bedroom (double bed and bunk bed), dining room with kitchenette and foldaway bed, bathroom with shower. Offers laundry, TV and air conditioning inside and space equipped with table and chairs outside.
The accommodation features linen, tv and air conditioning. Guests can dine inside thanks to a lovely space equipped with table, chairs and a sofa or enjoy moments of pleasant refreshment during the good season in the private external courtyard equipped with garden furniture.
It is also possible to use the equipped solarium swimming pool open in the summer. The minimum stay is two nights. Pets are welcome. Guests can choose to stay with the B&B or Half Board service..

Additional information and condition of stay
Opening date: from Easter to 30/10.
Arrival times (check-in): from 15:00 to 20:00; Departure time (check-out): before 10:00.
Services: guests can choose to stay in the B&B or half-board formula. N.B.: *from Easter to June 1st and from September 15th to October 30th only the bed and breakfast service is available. From 1 June to 15 September you can also book half board.
Opening date of the swimming pool: from 10/06 to 10/09. N.B.: For access there are specific times with the obligation to wear headphones.
Booking method: an e-mail is welcome, even after a telephone conversation.
Payment services: linen on request € 10 per person (set of bed linen and towels); costs for final cleaning € 50; supplement for cleaning of € 30 in the presence of animals. Electricity for a fee. Consumption will be detectable from the appropriate meters.
Notes: in low season: minimum stay 2 nights. In high season: minimum stay one week. If damage is found inside the accommodation, the costs will be charged at the end of the stay. Pets are allowed on request to be specified at the time of booking.
